Welcome everyone to my new page!
I do hope you are enjoying the glorious sunshine and why not use the opportunity to do a little mindfulness exercise this evening? Talk a stroll to the park. No headphones, mobiles on silent and just walk. Listen to the sounds... the birds in the trees, children laughing, dogs barking, sounds in the distance.... why not even try it barefoot? Enjoy the sensation of the grass between your feet and the coolness of the earth..... go on..give it a try!!

Is your child feeling stressed at their upcoming tests in Primary school? Here is a little tip on helping them relax.
Breathing Buddies

When your child is laying down place a small toy on their tummies or chest. Ask them to watch the movement of their teddy whilst they are breathing... is teddy moving too fast? Does teddy fall off? Can they slow their breathing down so teddy moves more slowly or stays on their tummy?

This is a really simple way of teaching mindfulness to young children.

1. Stress - how to live more mindful and eliminate the stress from your life!
2. Pain - how to live well with chronic pain.
