Karma and the wisdom within the prayer of st Francis.

Karma is a medicine applied to us for our own good; unfortunately, instead of bowing reverently before the living eternal God, people protest, blaspheme, justify themselves, excuse themselves foolishly, and wash their hands like Pilate. With such protests, karma is not modified, on the contrary, it becomes harsher and more severe.

We demand fidelity from our spouse, when we ourselves have been adulterers in this life or in previous lives.

We ask for love, when we have been merciless and cruel. We demand comprehension, when we have never known how to comprehend anyone, when we have never learned to see the other person’s point of view.

We long for immense good fortune, when we have always been the origin of many misfortunes.

We would have liked to have been born in a very beautiful home with many comforts, when in past lives we did not know how to provide a home and beauty for our children.

We protest against persons who insult us, when we have always insulted everyone who surrounds us.

We want our children to obey us, when we have never known how to obey our parents.We are terribly annoyed by slander, when we were always slanderers and filled the world with pain.

Gossip upsets us, we do not want anyone to gossip about us, even though we were always involved in gossip and backstabbing, talking badly about our fellowmen, upsetting the lives of others. That is to say, we always demand what we have not given; in all our former lives we were evil, and we deserve the worst but we suppose we should be given the best.

The sick, instead of worrying so much about themselves, should work for others, do works of charity, try to heal others, console the afflicted, take persons who cannot afford it to the doctor, give away medicines, etc., and in this way, they would cancel their karma and be totally healed.

Whoever suffers in their home should multiply their humility, patience, and serenity, not answering with profanity, not tyrannizing the neighbor, not annoying those around us, knowing how to forgive the defects of others with patience multiplied to the infinite, in this way they would cancel their karma and become better.

The Christic force

The adorable God Kristos (Christ) comes from archaic cults of the fire God. The letters P (pyre) and X (cross) are the hieroglyph which represent the generation of the sacred fire.

Christ was worshipped in the mysteries of Mithra, Apollo, Aphrodite, Jupiter, Janus, Vesta, Bacchus, Astarte, Demeter, Quetzalcoatl, etc.

The Christic principle has never been absent from any religion. All religions are one. Religion is as inherent to life as humidity is to water. The great cosmic universal religion becomes modified into thousands of religious forms. Thus, the priests from all religious forms are completely identifiable with one another through the fundamental principles of the great cosmic universal religion.

Therefore, a basic difference between the Mohammedan priest and the Jewish priest, or between the Pagan priest and the legitimate Christian one, does not exist. Religion is one. Religion is unique and absolutely universal. The ceremonies of the Shinto priest of Japan or of the Mongol Lamas are similar to those ceremonies of the shamans and sorcerers from Africa and Oceania.

When a religious form degenerates, it disappears; yet, the universal life creates new religious forms in order to replace it.

Authentic primeval Gnostic Christianity comes from Paganism. Prior to Paganism, the Cosmic Christ was worshipped in all cults. In Egypt, Christ was Osiris and whosoever incarnated him was an Osirified one. In all ages there have been masters who have assimilated the infinite universal Christic principle. In Egypt, Hermes was the Christ. In Mexico, the Christ was Quetzalcoatl. In sacred India, Krishna is Christ. In the Holy Land, the great Gnostic Jesus (who was educated in the land of Egypt) was the one who had the bliss of assimilating the universal Christic principle, and because of this, he was worthy of being rebaptized with the seity of fire and of the cross, Kristos.

The Nazarene, Jesus-Iesus-Zeus, is the modern man who totally incarnates the universal Christic principle. Prior to Jesus, many masters incarnated this Christic principle of fire.

The Rabbi of Galilee is a God, because he totally incarnated the Cosmic Christ. Hermes, Quetzalcoatl, Krishna are Gods because they also incarnated the Cosmic Christ.

It is necessary to worship the Gods; they help their devotees.

“Ask, and it shall be given you... Knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”

Sexual Magic is the art of producing fire. We can produce fire, develop it, and incarnate the Christ only with the Perfect Matrimony. This is how we become Gods.

Atlantis

Let us now remember that submerged primeval continent named Atlantis. In the land of the Pharaohs, ancient Egypt, the priests of Sais told the great Athenian Solon that Atlantis had been destroyed nine thousand years before they had such a conversation with him.

Our boastful modern civilization has not yet surpassed the Atlantean civilization.

The Atlanteans also knew about atomic energy and utilized it in times of peace as well as in times of war.

Atlantean science had a tremendous advantage because it was united to magic. Therefore, with that knowledge, they were able to create extraordinary mechanical robots that the Atlanteans endowed with certain types of superior elementals in order to control them. Thus, this is how these robots were in fact converted into intelligent androids, which looked like human beings and who devotedly served their masters. Any robot could inform its owner about all the dangers that were threatening him/her; in general, these robots could inform them about multiple things dealing with everyday life.

The Atlanteans had such extraordinary and marvelous machines. There was one that could telepathically transmit wonderful intellectual information into the mind of any human being.

Atomic lamps illuminated the Atlantean palaces and temples of transparent walls.

The maritime and aerial ships from that ancient submerged continent of Atlantis were propelled by nuclear energy.

Atlanteans learned how to de-gravitate bodies at will. They could levitate any given body, as heavy as it might be, with a small device that fit in the palm of a hand.

The God Neptune governed Atlantis wisely. The very sacred temple of this Holy God was dazzlingly admirable. The stockade or silver-coated walls of this temple were amazing with their remarkable beauty. All of its pinnacles and ceilings were made out of the best quality solid gold.

With all of the royal splendors of ancient times, the ivory, silver, gold, and brass radiantly glowed within the Temple of Neptune.

The gigantic sacred sculpture of the God Neptune was made completely out of pure gold. The minds of his Atlantean devotees were infused with profound veneration by the mysterious, ineffable golden statue, which was mounted on a beautiful chariot and pulled by exotic, winged steeds, with the respectable court of one hundred gleaming sea nymphs around him.

While its inhabitants remained loyal to the religion of their forefathers, fulfilling the precepts of the God Neptune and not violating law and order, the Atlantean cities flourished. Yet, when they profaned sacred things, when they abused s*x, when they stained themselves with the seven capital sins, then they were punished and submerged with all of their wealth into the bottom of the ocean.

The priests of Sais said onto Solon:

All bodies moving in the heavens around the Earth suffer perturbations that determine a great conflagration of things upon the earth, which causes to recur after long intervals many destructions of mankind arising out of many causes; the greatest have been brought about by the agencies of fire.

The Atlantean continent extended and oriented itself towards the austral regions and the most elevated areas towards the septentrional ones. Its’ mountains exceeded in grandiosity, elevation, and quantity all those that presently exist.

The history of the Universal Flood can be found within the traditions of all human races, and are all simply recollections of the great Atlantean catastrophe.

All of the religious teachings from primeval America (such as the sacred cults of the Incas, Mayas, and Aztecs, as well as the Gods and Goddesses of the ancient Greeks, Phoenicians, Scandinavians, Hindustanis, etc.) have Atlantean origins.

The Gods and Goddesses cited by Homer in his Iliad and Odyssey were heroes, kings, and queens of Atlantis.

America was geographically united with the Old World (Europe and Africa) through Atlantis. The ancient Indo-American civilizations have an Atlantean origin.

The religions of the Egyptians, Incas, Mayas, etc. came from the religions of the Atlanteans.

Clue for the Awakening of the Consciousness during Normal Sleep

There is no danger in the projection of the Astral Body, because everybody is projected in their Astral Body during normal sleep. Therefore, whosoever wants to awaken their consciousness during normal sleep must know the clue of discernment.

During normal sleep, every human being wanders in the internal worlds with their consciousness asleep. During normal sleep, the Soul, enveloped by its Astral Body, abandons the physical body. This is how the Ethereal Body is able repair the dense physical body.

We awaken from our natural sleep when the Soul enters into the physical body. In the internal worlds, the Souls are occupied repeating their same daily chores; there, they buy and sell as in the physical world.

During normal sleep, the Souls of the living and the Souls of the dead coexist together. In the internal worlds, we see everything as in the physical world, i.e. the same sun, the same clouds, the same houses of the city: everything looks the same.

Now, our Gnostic disciples will understand why the souls of the dead do not accept that they are physically dead. Likewise, our disciples will comprehend why the Souls of the living buy and sell, work, etc., during their normal sleep.

By consciously projecting ourselves in the Astral Body, we can know about the mysteries of life and death, since every human being is unconsciously projected in the Astral Body during normal sleep. Therefore, if we awaken the consciousness during normal sleep, then we can know about the great mysteries of life and death.

A clue exists for the awakening of the consciousness during normal sleep; this clue for the awakening of the consciousness is that of discernment, let us study it:

If while walking on a given street you unexpectedly find a friend or see objects that attract your attention, then perform a little jump with the intention of floating; naturally, logic says that if you float, it is because you are wandering outside of your physical body. However, if you do not float, it is because you are doing the jump with your physical body.

During normal sleep, within the internal worlds, it so happens that we act the same way as we would within the body of flesh and bones, and if we add to this the fact that we see everything the same way as when we are in the physical world, then we will comprehend that it is only if we float or fly that we will be aware of the fact that we are in our Astral Body; we then achieve the awakening of our consciousness.

To that effect, this exercise must be practiced at every moment during the vigil state while in the presence of any intriguing matter, since what we perform during the vigil state we repeat during normal sleep. Thus, when through our subconsciousness we repeat this practice during normal sleep, then when performing the jump, the outcome will be that we will float in the Astral Body. This is how our consciousness will awaken and filled with happiness we will say: "I am in my Astral Body...!"

Thus, we can direct ourselves to the Holy Gnostic Church in order to converse with the Angels, Archangels, Seraphim, Prophets, Masters, etc. This is how we receive instruction from the great Masters of the White Lodge. This is how we can travel in the Astral Body throughout the infinite.

So, we do not need to destroy our minds with so many books and theories, since within the internal worlds we can receive the teachings from the Masters.

When awakening from normal sleep, disciples must exert themselves to remember everything that they saw and heard during their normal sleep.

It is also necessary that our disciples learn how to interpret their internal experiences. To that effect, study the book of Daniel in the Bible; there, you will learn how to interpret internal experiences.

The slumber state and memory are the powers that allow us to know the great mysteries of life and death.

Dreams are "Astral experiences."

Dreams are reality.

The Law of Return and Past Lifes

1. What is understood by return?

Samael Aun Weor: Common and ordinary people understand by return the return to a new womb; this means that we as souls can reincorporate ourselves within a new human organism. It is not irrelevant to state that when we return we are born and continue to exist in the same manner, in the same way lived by us in our present existence.

2. Why is it that we do not remember anything of our previous lives?

Samael Aun Weor: People do not remember their previous lives because their consciousness is asleep; it is clear that if their consciousness were awakened then they would remember their previous lives.

3. Who returns?

Samael Aun Weor: The souls who still have the possibility of salvation can return to a new womb in order to re-attire themselves again with a new physical body; however when the case is lost, when we have become definitively evil, when already any punishment has no purpose for us, then it is clear that we no longer return, we do not return into a new body anymore, and instead we enter into the infernal worlds where only “weeping and gnashing of teeth” are heard [Matthew 8:12, 13:42, 13:50, 22:13, etc].

4. How can we verify that we returned to this world anew?

Samael Aun Weor: For some people the return to this world after death is another theory, for others a dogma, a cause for laughter, a superstition, or a belief; but for those who remember our past lives, return is a fact; this means that only by remembering our previous existences will we be able to demonstrate the crude reality of the reincorporation or return to this valley of tears; however, we repeat, to remember our last lives is only possible by the awakening of the consciousness.

5. Why do we come to this world again?

Samael Aun Weor: We return to this world with the purpose of becoming perfect, because unfortunately we are sinners and we need to end our errors.

6. What returns to the world of human beings?

Samael Aun Weor: What returns to this world is the soul of the deceased.

7. Do animals and plants also return to this world?

Samael Aun Weor: The souls of plants, animals, and stones are the elementals of nature; they also return to this world in continuous manner. For example, if a plant dries up and dies, then the elemental (Soul) of such a plant is reborn again in a new plant; if an animal dies, the elemental of that creature returns in a new animal organism again, etc.

8. Does predestination exist?

Samael Aun Weor: Each soul is the creator of its own destiny; if one performs good deeds, one then receives good luck, however if one performs evil deeds, then one is reborn in this world in order suffer and to pay everything; now we can understand why some are born on mattresses filled with white goose feathers and others in disgrace.

9. I would like to remember my past lives, but since I have my consciousness asleep, how can I awaken it?

Samael Aun Weor: Follow the path of the sanctity; that is the way for the awakening of the consciousness. Terminate with all of your errors, repent of all of your evil deeds, become pure in thought, word, and action; I guarantee you that your consciousness will totally awaken when you have reached true sanctity.

10. Why do many of us not believe that we have had previous lives?

Samael Aun Weor: Some people do not believe that they had previous lives simply because they do not remember them, and indeed they do not remember them because their consciousness is totally asleep.

11. Sir, do you remember your previous lives? Is it verifiable to you that reincorporation exists?

Samael Aun Weor: It is clear that if I did not remember my previous lives, I would not dare to defend the doctrine of return with so much passion; fortunately, I remember with entire exactitude all the lives that I have had on the planet Earth.

12. How many times can one return?

Samael Aun Weor: It is written with golden letters in the book of life that one returns to this world 108 times. (Symbolized by the number of beads on the Buddhas necklace)

13. Why do some souls return as men and others as women?

Samael Aun Weor: Everything depends on the events of life. Sometimes we must return in a feminine body and others in masculine. This is according to the events of our previous lives.

Meditation

"The technique of meditation permits us to arrive at the heights of illumination.

We should distinguish between a mind that is still and a mind that is stilled by force.

We should distinguish between a mind that is in silence and a mind that is violently silenced.

When the mind is stilled by force, it is really not still. It is gagged by violence and in the deeper levels of understanding there exists an entire tempest.

When the mind is violently silenced, it is really not in silence. Deep within, it clamors, shouts, and despairs.

It is necessary to put an end to modifications of the thinking system during meditation. When the thinking system remains under our control, illumination comes to us spontaneously.

Mental control permits us to destroy the shackles created by the mind. To achieve the stillness and silence of the mind, it is necessary to know how to live from instant to instant, to know how to take advantage of each moment, to not live the moment in doses.

Take everything from each moment, because each moment is a child of Gnosis, each moment is absolute, alive and significant. Momentariness is a special characteristic of the Gnostics. We love the philosophy of momentariness.

Master Ummom said to his disciples, “If you walk, walk; if you sit, sit, but do not vacillate.”

To commence with the study of the technique of meditation is to enter into the antechamber of the divine peace that surpasses all knowledge.

The most elevated form of thinking is non-thinking. When one achieves the stillness and silence of the mind, the “I”(Ego) with all its passions, dens, appetites, fears, affections, etc. becomes absent.

It is only in the absence of the “I"(ego), in the absence of the mind, that the Buddhata(essence/consciousness) can awaken to unite with the Inner Self (Inner God) and take us to ecstasy."

Chakras

As we know we have a physical anatomy, consisting of; organs, nervous systems, circulatory systems etc. This anatomy belongs to the physical body, the material world, the world of three dimensions.

But we also have occult anatomy that exists in the fourth dimension that pertains to our vital/etheric body, which is the energetic counterpart of physical anatomy. We cannot see this hidden anatomy; our physical senses cannot perceive the superior dimensions or the bodies that correspond to them.

Where we have our main physical organs, endocrine glands etc. we have in the fourth dimension energetic counterparts called chakras.
The word chakras means wheel, and that is what a chakra is, a wheel or vortex of energy.

The energy travels through a network of channels called Nadis, where two or more Nadis meet there is a chakra. We have three main Nadis that go up our spine called; Ida, Pingala and Sushumna (Caduceus of mercury). This energy has many names; prana, chi, or the vital energy. Chinese medicine works with the vital body to heal the physical body because most sickness originates in the vital body and manifests down into the physical body to produce physical symptoms.

We have hundreds and thousands of Nadis and chakras in our vital body. We have chakras in our hands, knees, and bottom of our feet, but primarily focus on the seven main chakras. Each of these seven main chakras is intimately related to our superior senses or faculties.

The seven main chakras and their faculties are:

Unfortunately in humanity our superior/ Internal senses have become atrophied due to how we have lived in many of our past lives, our lack of use and development, our karma and continually being fascinated in the external world. We have lost our superior senses and inner perception of the internal worlds.

We need to regenerate and develop our superior and internal senses so we can investigate our internal world and the superior dimensions of nature. To receive guidance, teaching and visions from the divine we need the ‘eyes’ and ‘ears’ to be able obtain the experiences and most importantly to be able to intuit the wisdom of the divine within.

The seven vowels vibrate the seven chakras, by vocalising the seven vowels it will aid us in developing and regenerating our lost senses.

Practice:

Get into a comfortable position and relax. Place your hand over your heart and mantralise the vowel Oooooo. We can feel our heart or chest vibrate. The mantra is vibrating the chakra to spin correctly.

By using our imagination and breath, pull up energy from the Muladhara charka/ s*xual organs, up our spine and into our brain, hold for 3 - 5 seconds and exhale by mantralising Oooo out loud ( O as in open) . When mantralising, imagine sending that energy from our brain down into our heart to combine with the vibration of the mantra.

The s*xual energy is the most powerful and sacred energy we have in our body and it has the ability, when used correctly, to regenerate our lost senses and awaken consciousness.

If we do this every day for 5 - 10 minutes a day it will help develop the faculty of intuition which is intimately connected with the Divine Being.

The mantra O also aids in astral travel. This is a great practice to do before going to bed.
