I get it. These wonderful tools are practical, gentle, and science-backed — You don’t need any experience; it’s for real women with busy lives who want tools that actually work.
I’m passionate about spreading the word because these techniques highlighted that my breathing was dysfunctional in a way that yoga couldn’t uncover. I learnt to adapt these powerful tools to my unique self, thus accessing deeper rest and more compassion. Within one week, the overwhelming anxiety that left me feeling tired, wired and unhappy began to retreat.
You can do this lying on your sofa in comfy clothes — there’s no right or wrong, and I’ll guide you step-by-step.
It’s about feeling better, not doing it perfectly.
