The Selkie, an immersive day of drama therapy and psychotherapy. Come and explore what this story holds for you. How do we survive when we are ‘without our skin’ and what does the return hold? Are we changed by the journey?

This is a workshop for therapists to explore, create and reflect.

Kate Lewis and I have been thinking about the experience of the therapist, how we sometimes need an immersive creative and therapeutic space to explore.We invite you to come and spend the day with us exploring the story of The Selkie a tale of identity, loss and recovery. It will be held in Newark, near Nottingham - great train lines and car parking available. All refreshments and a delicious lunch from Falafel Baffle is included.
