I am offering a short and simplistic psycho-spiritual counsel at only £10 an hour. Please send a message inbox to register your interest. This is the approach to the counsel:-

Thoughts alone constitute the mind and from all thoughts the base or source is the i-thought. 'I' is the mind.

If we go inward the 'I' topples down. If we keep investigating the form of the mind, we find there is no such thing as the mind. This is the direct path open to all. Bhagwan Shri Ramana Maharishi ❤

25/01/2022

If you do not know how to make a cup of tea, you cannot offer to make for another a cup of tea. If you do not know your own mind, you cannot know the mind of another.

Man Kae Andhhae Aap N Boojhahu Kaahi Bujhaavahu Bhaaee || You are blind in your mind, and do not understand your own self; how can you make others understand, O brother!

All your concepts and book knowledge of psychology and all practices of psychotherapy and psychiatry are fundamentally flawed and defunct at core.

Then there are those who teach mindfulness meditation yet they do not even know what the mind is. These, too, are your so called mentors, the people who think they know you yet do not know themselves.

Your whole idea about yourself is borrowed - borrowed from those who have no idea of who they are themselves.

The greatest deception that a man suffers from is his own opinions and his own image, which is not true but just a concept. Everything you hear is merely an opinion and not a fact. Everything you see is merely a perspective and not the truth.

There are no authentic mindfulness meditation teachers. Both the so called self proclaimed financially greedy teachers and the ignorant masses/public do NOT even know what the mind is - let alone mindfulness meditation or meditation. Let us get straight to the point and this article is not for the weak hearten or a meek person.

• Thoughts alone constitute the mind and from all thoughts the base or source is the i-thought. 'I' is the mind. If we go inward the 'I' topples down. If we keep investigating the form of the mind, we find there is no such thing as the mind.

• Meditation is conscious death of the mind- ego, the very mind that has formed a body with its senses mentally ! If a man can die in the state of consciousness, for him death exists no more. In other words, if a man can manage to remain conscious at the time of death, he finds he never died at all: death appears just a delusion to him. Death proving to be a delusion does not mean, however, that death remains in some form as a delusion. Rather, when a person dies fully conscious, he finds there is no death at all. Then death becomes a falsehood.

* I am the body is a thought. I am the mind is a thought. I am the doer is a thought. Worry is only a thought. Fear is only a thought. Death is only a thought. The worst bullies you will ever encounter in this world are your thoughts.

• The total discarding of the mind is alone yoga, victory, bliss, achievement, wisdom and liberation. The sacrifice of the mind is, in fact, the totality of all sacred sacrifices.

This is the real meaning and purpose of meditation. Man with mind is mortal. Man without mind is immortal.

" Be careful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become your words. Be careful of your words, for your words become your actions. Be careful of your actions, for your actions become your habits. Be careful of your habits, for your habits become your character. Be careful of your character, for your character becomes your destiny.

We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, We make our world. Our life is the creation of our mind. - Buddha. We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think - Buddha

MEDITATION

Is meditation concentration? That is what most, who meditate, do. You try to force your mind to focus on a certain idea, but other ideas creep in; you brush them away, but they creep in again. You go on playing this game for years, and if at last you can manage to concentrate on a chosen idea, you think you have learned to meditate. But is that meditation? Let us see what is involved in concentration.

When a child is concentrating on a toy, he is not giving his attention, but the interesting toy absorbs his attention. That is exactly what happens when you concentrate on the idea of the Master, a picture, or mantra repetition, etc. The toy is the master.

Concentration also implies excluding in order to arrive at a particular result. Suppression, exclusiveness, make the mind narrow, limited, petty. A one-pointed mind may achieve a great deal, but life is not one-pointed; it is an enormous thing to be comprehended. It is not petty.

So concentration is not meditation. Then what is? Meditation is to understand every thought that comes into being, and not to dwell upon one particular thought; so that you understand the whole process of thinking. To be aware of every thought as it arises, does not demand concentration. On the contrary. The mind must be astonishingly alert. Then you will see that what you call thinking is based on a mind that is conditioned. So your enquiry is how to free the mind from conditioning.

Forced stillness is not a peaceful mind, it is a dead mind. People who so called meditate, and have visions of Christ, Krishna, Buddha, or whoever, think they are advancing, but the vision is the projection of their own background, conditioning. That is obviously not meditation. On the contrary, meditation is to free the mind from all conditioning, and this is not a process that comes into being at a particular moment of the day when you are sitting cross-legged in a room by yourself. It must go on when you are walking, getting into the bus; it means watching the manner of your speech with your spouse, boss, or servant. All that is meditation.

So meditation is the understanding of the meditator. Self-knowledge cannot be gathered from a book, or by listening to some professor of psychology, or to someone who interprets the Gita. The mind which understands itself is a meditative mind. Self-knowledge is the beginning of meditation, and as you proceed deeply into it you will find that the mind becomes astonishingly quiet, unforced, completely still, without motion. For such a mind, the immeasurable comes into being. Don’t seek Truth. Understand your own life and then Truth will come without any invitation, and then you will discover that there is immense beauty.

• All negative, mental, emotional and physiological states is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and denial of the present.

Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry - all forms of fear - are caused by too much future and not enough presence.

Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness and all forms of non-forgiveness are caused by too much past and not enough presence

• The Eastern psychologies advanced psycho-spiritual self-realization and human development traditions include modules of mental, emotional and physiological health and wellness which has produced consistent results over several thousand years, unlike the products and exponent of western psychologies which is limited in its knowledge and understanding of mind, ego, awareness, consciousness and existence thus fundamentally faltering in their therapeutic approach to combat negative mental, emotional and physiological states which are still on the rise.

• The disregard for consciousness within western psychology has completely distorted western psychology, replacing processes and practices for human development, ego-transcendence, actualization and self-realization with simply “ego-fixing”.

• Over the past three decades, emotional levels of depression, anxiety and stress are on the incline rather than the decline. Over the past three decades, negative mental and emotional states and faltering physiological states are on the incline rather than the decline. There is a fundamental flaw in the health and wellness system.

Ever wondered why YOU mindlessly celebrate "New Year" in the middle of winter?

"New" means a freshness, a birth, a rebirth, a beginning. Everything is existence works in cycles, a series of events that are regularly repeated in the same order which have their own NATURAL rhythms. These cycles and rhythms are the manifestation and interplay of energies. These energies operate within cycles which have a start, middle, end, restart, middle, end, restart and so on. The energies begin, increase in strength, reach their maximum/optimum levels and begin to recede to end and begin again.

Think of the seasons, spring, summer, autumn and winter, or day into night, night into day. Human beings are not separated from Existence, they are in it and of it too! and therefore subject to the same natural rules as everything else. Human beings are blessed with awareness to recognize what being alive means, to evolve from ego-eccentric beings, towards self actualized, self-realized and final self-sovereign beings.

However, many are prevented from achieving their potential by ensuring that they are not harmonized with the natural energetic cycles, but deliberately dis-harmonized through the ARTIFICIAL TIME CONSTRUCT introduced by Pope Gregory, your Gregorian Calendar. A chaotic calendar, with 30, 31, and 28 days in 12 months, but most importantly completely out of phase with the Universe and its energies.

To help illustrate the importance of being harmonized with natural cycles, as every Gardner know, a seed has its own season to be sown in order for it to GROW, mature and evolve. When planted in the "right" season, spring or autumn, the seed harmonizes with the conditions necessary for it to germinate and grow to maturity.

Plant the same seed in winter and its unlikely to germinate let alone grow. Those who understand these natural energy cycles, also understand that by "planting" seeds in the wrong season, ensures dis-harmonizing, mutation, dormancy and death. Individuals (seeds, likes of you and I) "plant" themselves in a number of ways, including investing emotional and intentional energies and reinforcing an artificial restart by engaging mindlessly in following the crowd consensual reality. This consequently embeds all participants within the receding, dying energetic cycles of winter. The New Year as recognized according to the Gregorian Calendar is an artificial time construct, out of syn with universal cycles and rhythms.

May 2018 awaken you to the dis-harmonizing Illuminati ritual of "New year" held in the season of death, dormancy and lifelessness, and may you harmonize with the Universal cycles by recognizing and participating in the natural renewal of the year in Spring.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Do not blame this practice; blame the so-called teachers. You can’t be taught how to swim in an ocean from someone who is just about learning how to paddle in a paddling pool.

Teaching or even attempting to teach mindfulness after a one or two year university course is wholly inadequate and unethical, let alone those teaching after an eight week course.

Mindfulness-Based Interventions such as MBSR, MBCT and other programs are now offered worldwide. To date, there has been very little discussion about contraindications associated with mindfulness.

There is increasing evidence emerging of contra indications regarding mindfulness based intervention. There are some case studies of individuals who manifested various mental health issues following experiences with mindfulness meditation

The question arises, for a practice that has existed for several thousand years and been applied daily in almost every Indic wisdom tradition, why is it that these “contra indications” are emerging in the west now?

Before one can answer that question, it would be useful to consider the types of contraindications that have been associated with this practice recently. These include, loss of identify, panic attacks, past trauma resurfacing, feeling of zoned out and feelings of anxiety.

As a result of some reports of contra indications, the knee jerk reaction has been to blame mindfulness as a practice rather than looking at the “teachers” of mindfulness and their capacity for addressing any emerging experiences.

It is for this precise reason that those who have practiced mindfulness for thousands of years insist on learning from an experienced teacher who has had at least 10 years of personal practice and experience.

Mindfulness meditation, like other time tested meditation is not a quick fix, like popping a pill for a headache. The implications of mindfulness meditation are significant, not just on mental health, but will alter ones worldview, self image, identity and ultimately enable one to discover their purpose and meaning within life.

For a culture that is dominated by instant gratification and compulsion to satisfy ones ego needs, mindfulness is the perfect antidote, but only when delivered by an authentic teacher.

"One must not forget that recovery is brought about not by the physician, but by the sick man himself. He heals himself, by his own power, exactly as he walks by means of his own power, or eats, or thinks, breathes or sleeps"

I fully agree with Dr. Bonnie Burstow. The western world has been programmed and conditioned with too much clinical terminology and norms, too many inventions and classifications of diseases and just too much clinical procedures and protocols.

The disregard for consciousness within western psychology has completely distorted western psychology, replacing processes and practices for human development, ego-transcendence, actualization and self realization with simply ego-fixing.

The starting point is in this process is to discover about Being or presence and not just psychological exploration as modern western paradigms generally understand. Western psychology is in its infancy compared to these highly advanced psycho-spiritual self-realization traditions that have produced consistent results over several thousand years, unlike the products and exponent of European enlightenment which is limited in its knowledge and understanding of mind, ego, awareness, consciousness and existence.
