Let’s take you through a typical colonic hydrotherapy treatment at our Nottingham clinic 👇

1️⃣ First up, fill in a medical questionnaire so we can ensure this treatment is right for you
2️⃣ We then explain the process in full, so you know what to expect, and you can ask any questions
3️⃣ You lay on your left-hand side, we insert the speculum and introduce water slowly
4️⃣ You turn over on your back while we give you a gentle colon massage over your gown
5️⃣ We introduce e***a herbs to finish the treatment

✨ The treatment lasts 40 minutes, but you are able to stop at any time
