This week we’ve had more fun, filling the room with this weeks quiz, where we discovered it’s illegal to fall asleep😴💤 in a cheese factory in Kansas. We’ve all enjoyed our weekly pamper of having our nails painted with a glass of Baileys 🤪
And then to fight away the winter blues, we ventured out to Blue Diamond Garden centre to enjoy abit of retail therapy and some scrumptious food. Watch those fingers Fred 😱.

Yesterday was a very proud day for one of our residents, Tony was presented with an prestigious award for being part of the Free Masons, for 50 years. Members of the Free Masons past and present and family members attended the very special occasion.

Happy Valentines Day to all our love ❤️ ones. This week we’ve had lots of fun telling everyone what love means to them, played a last minute game of charades, enjoyed some dancing and seeing as it’s the year of the horse 🐎,we learnt that male horses don’t have ni***es 😳in this week’s quiz. Have a fun weekend everyone and enjoy the sunshine ☀️ x

We are so going to need a bigger room soon.
But more fun questions at the quiz today. And this week we learned, not to be drunk in possession of a cow in the UK, it’s illegal to p*e in the sea in Portugal 🇵🇹 and it’s illegal to give a Moose 🫎 a alcoholic beverage in Alaska.
Every day’s a school day 🤷‍♀️
Never a dull moment here 😂

We have enjoyed our week filled with lots of activities, we welcomed back the very popular Arthur to run the exercise class again, poetry reading, playing games, bingo, knit and natter and looking at photos of Nottingham and the history of the city.

Let’s get those brains working.
Yes this week we enjoyed a wonderful talk from Sian Trafford on First Ladies in Nottingham.
Then don’t forget our weekly quiz with great questions from Alan and Fiona. This week we learnt it’s illegal to push a moose out of a moving airplane in Alaska😳. Good news for the moose I suppose. Have a fun weekend everyone x
