"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them."

Today is World Mental Health Day 🧠

We appreciate that mental health is something that we do not directly treat, but we understand how debilitating physical conditions such as arthritis, sciatica, and chronic pain can be for someone to endure long-term, and in turn this can have a negative affect on a person's mental health. If this is something you feel you need help with, we will always do our best to signpost you to the most appropriate support.

The Mental Health Foundation has the following information available about long-term physical conditions, how they can affect mental health, and what help is available.
