We have gained a few new followers recently and I realised, I post a lot about what we do as a clinic, but never about who I am and how my experience might be able to help you.

👋I'm Laura-Jo, I am the Owner and Lead Sports Therapist at Evolve Injury Clinic, I opened Evolve Injury Clinic in 2020, but I have been working in the industry since I graduated university in 2017. Over the past 8 years I have done additional training courses in Medical Acupuncture, Dry Cupping and Shockwave Therapy just to name a few. As well as gained experience working with a variety of different people, sports and injuries.

🏒Along side the Clinic I am also Lead Sports Therapist for The Nottingham Panthers and this year will be my 6th season with the team and I have been lucky enough to work for GB Ice Hockey for 5 years, which has meant I have been lucky enough to work at 3 World Championship Tournaments, 2 World Championship 1A Tournaments and 2 Olympic Qualifiers.

🐶Whilst the clinic and working in Ice Hockey keeps me busy, I also have a 1 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, Albie, who keeps me just as busy and on the odd occasion he will make an appearance at the clinic or at the Ice Rink for lots of cuddles.

Over my 8 years as a Sports Therapist I have worked with lots of amazing people and helped them on their road to recovery, i've seen a wide variety of injuries both on the ice and in a clinical setting, if you think I could help you with your injury, aches and pains, or just help you move better, please feel free to contact me!
