Reflecting on the wonderful ‘Threshold: A New Year Retreat’ in Devon 🎇

Co-led by myself and , we welcomed the new year in with intention and celebration 🕺

So much laughter shared with a great spirit of community, mystical and breathtaking surroundings, deeply embodied practice and engagement from attendees, incredibly nourishing food by Nafia, a cosy home that felt like home, regular warmth from saunas and fire, an ecstatic dance and bonfire to welcome in 2026 ++++ a viral video to top it all off 😂

We have spent a lot of time crying in the last few days, at the pure joy of the time spent on this retreat together. What a gift is is to witness the practices we are devoted to be expressed through other beings 🤲🏼

To the guests who trusted us to bring you into 2026: thank you. Many hearts, including ours, have been broken open 💔

Safe to say, I will be staying very far away from your instruments in the future though 🎧

It’s been a wonderful year of moving with you all and supporting you with bodywork practices. If you want to get in motion over the Christmas period, heres where you can find me.

The upcoming New Year retreat is now *sold out*, but please contact me if you would like to be added to the waitlist. More retreats will be coming in 2026 so keep your eyes peeled.

There are also no massage slots left until Jan now. I have my 2026 diary open if you would like to reach out.

Nottingham folk, if you want to get practising on Xmas or New Years Day, I believe that will be supporting the community with classes, so keep an eye on their instagram page/booking system for more information.
