PRICES £45 for 1 hour ‘hands on’ treatment or £40 when you book a course of 3 sessions. NATURAL PRODUCTS As we absorb up to 70% of what we put on our skin, I believe it is important to only use natural, certified organic products in my therapies. This is why I have selected Neal’s Yard Remedies, a British, independent brand that is the only health and beauty company to be rated 100/100 for ethics by the Ethical Company Organisation in The Good Shopping Guide. ABOUT ME I have always loved having a massage, the gorgeous smells of essential oils, using natural remedies and frankly feeling pampered! In fact, I was so eager to try all the different therapies on offer that I often wished I could have a session where several are combined - imagine having individually blended essential oils used in a reflexology treatment combined with reiki and ear candling to help relieve my hayfever symptoms without having to pay for 4 individual treatments. Bliss! Needless to say, I couldn’t find anywhere that offered this and so began a 2 year journey where I studied complementary therapies on top of my corporate day job which, when I qualified, I decided to leave and set up my very own therapy business. Of course, I still can’t have that wonderful combined therapy session that I’d imagined as, something I hadn’t thought of at the time, I can’t perform therapies on myself (believe me I’ve tried). But you lucky people can enjoy a fusion of therapies, or individual ones if you prefer to keep things simple.
