I am Toni and I provide a wide range of holistic therapies from my home treatment room in Woodthorpe, Nottingham NG5. I offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology including for Maternity and Menopause, Holistic Facials, Hopi Ear Candles and combination treatments. I also offer a bespoke Aromatherapy service and can make up aromatherapy products for your individual needs. Personally, I've had the anxiety, the mood swings, the rage, the brain fog and now I'm through it the weight gain out of nowhere 😭

However we go through it, we need to see it as a gentle invitation to slow down, listen inward, and embrace the next chapter of our life with grace and self-care.

✨Saturday 10am - 2pm

Taking time to relax can feel almost impossible in today’s hectic world. Guilt often creeps in because there’s always something that needs to be done. But giving yourself permission to pause—to truly rest—helps reset your mind, body, and soul. It reduces stress and restores the clarity and focus you need to move forward with balance and purpose.

I am an Holistic Therapist working from a lovely relaxing home treatment room in Woodthorpe NG5. I offer treatments to females only - males by referral. I currently work between the hours of 9.30 - 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9.30 - 4.30pm on Wednesday. I also work Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 7-9pm. I offer Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facials, Natural Manicure & Pedicure and Hopi Ear Candles and available for On-Site Massage.. Please see Services for description. Treatments are tailored to your individual needs whether it be for a pamper session or to help with treatment of a condition. A full consultation will take place prior to the first treatment covering medical history and lifestyle.
