The last sentence of this post is actually the most important - I'm talking from my own very powerful experiences that I've been through since 2022. That is why I temporarily stopped doing my therapy work - because I had to focus on healing myself properly before I could offer any support or help to others.

I'm back to working now again. ☺️✨️💫🌟🌹💚

Detachment does not mean pushing life away.
It means allowing life to move without holding it too tightly.

When we believe something belongs to us,
we fear losing it.
That fear becomes suffering.

But when we see everything as an experience,
we learn to appreciate without clinging.
People, moments, joy, and pain come to teach us.. not to stay forever.

Detachment brings lightness.
It creates space for peace, love, and awareness.

You can still love deeply,
care sincerely,
and feel fully.. without losing yourself in what must one day pass. 🌿

Looking backwards at the chain of the energy, our daily actions/behaviour/habits have the most potent/powerful impact. Spoken word is a very important part in this. 💥💯🌟

So why don't we listen more carefully to what's coming out of our mouths daily and even more importantly in every moment? Slowing down, pausing, taking a deep breath in and observing what we nearly said. 🤔🗣

And then perhaps taking in another deep breath and choosing to use slightly different words and expressing our thoughts with slightly different tone of voice (which in itself is a very potent and powerful vibrational energy expression tool). ☺️

When water is stirred, muddy, or shaken, you cannot see what lies beneath. The same is true of the mind. When it is agitated by anger, fear, worry, overthinking, or desire, clarity disappears. Decisions become impulsive. Problems feel bigger than they are. Even simple truths feel confusing.

🌊 An agitated mind distorts reality.
In moments of chaos, the mind jumps to conclusions, replays the past, and imagines worst-case futures. You are not seeing life as it is — you are seeing it through ripples created by emotion. That is why answers feel unreachable when you are stressed. They are there, but the surface is too disturbed to reflect them clearly.

🍃 A settled mind reveals truth.
When the mind calms, something remarkable happens. You don’t force solutions — they arise naturally. Like still water reflecting the sky, a calm mind reflects reality without distortion. What once felt overwhelming becomes manageable. What felt confusing becomes obvious.

🧠 Stillness is not weakness.
Many people think reacting quickly means being strong. In truth, the greatest strength is the ability to pause, breathe, and remain steady while everything around you is loud. Anyone can react. Few can remain centered.

🕊️ The real skill is not avoiding chaos — it is staying calm within it.
Life will always bring noise, pressure, conflict, and uncertainty. You cannot control the waves. But you can learn to stop letting every wave shake your inner waters.

🌱 Buddhist wisdom teaches this clearly:
The Buddha did not teach us to control the world — he taught us to understand the mind that reacts to it. Through mindfulness and meditation, we learn to observe thoughts instead of drowning in them. Thoughts are like ripples — they arise, move, and pass. When we stop chasing or fighting them, the mind naturally settles.

🪷 A calm mind sees clearly.
A clear mind chooses wisely.
A wise mind suffers less.

Still the water.
And the answers you seek will reveal themselves on their own.

🪷 Observe, but don’t absorb.
Notice what happens around you, but don’t let every word, mood, or opinion enter your mind. Awareness protects peace.

🪷 Love, but don’t depend.
Love deeply, yet remain whole on your own. Dependency turns love into fear. Wholeness keeps love free.

🪷 Want, but don’t need.
Desire without desperation. When wanting turns into needing, suffering begins. Contentment creates freedom.

🪷 Feel, but don’t dwell.
Emotions are meant to be felt, not lived in. Let them pass like clouds, without building a home in them.

🪷 Give, but don’t expect.
Give from the heart, not for return. Expectations poison generosity and steal joy.

🪷 Speak, but don’t hurt.
Truth can be spoken without cruelty. Kind speech leaves no wounds behind.

In Buddhist wisdom, this is the Middle Way — not numb, not attached; not cold, not clinging.

"Worry disguises itself as responsibility.
It whispers that if you think enough, plan enough, fear enough — you’ll be safe.
But in truth, worry does not solve tomorrow’s problems.
It only robs today of its life, joy, and clarity.

🕊️ When you worry, your body is here, but your mind is elsewhere — trapped in imagined futures that may never arrive.
You suffer twice: once in your thoughts, and again if the difficulty actually comes.

🍃 Peace is not found by controlling tomorrow.
Tomorrow is never in your hands.
Circumstances will change. People will act as they will. Life will unfold on its own terms.

Peace is found by fully living today.

✨ By breathing consciously.
✨ By being present with what is in front of you.
✨ By doing what you can — and releasing what you cannot.

The present moment is the only place where life actually happens.
Not yesterday. Not tomorrow.
Only now.

🌱 When you stop feeding worry, you reclaim your energy.
When you return to the present, your mind softens.
And in that simplicity, peace naturally arises.

👉 Do what today asks of you.
👉 Let tomorrow come when it comes.

Because a peaceful today is the best preparation for any tomorrow."

What causes suffering is memory replaying what has already ended
and imagination projecting what has not yet arrived.

The mind moves away from the present
and turns thought into pain.

Right now, there is only this breath,
this moment,
this awareness.

When attention returns to what is real and present, the grip of memory and imagination loosens.

But the same is true for joy, optimism, and love.

The latest craziness in the wellbeing sphere - classification of certain mushrooms as "novel foods", is sparking some interesting discussions on social media, one of them from the certified nutritionists and herbalist in a kind of interesting way defending that classification and saying that the certified herbalists will still be able to prescribe those mushrooms. Well, I understand that they're just simply doing their job and that's how they make their living.

It's just that those discussions reminded me so much of the discussions I used to have with certified aromatherapists vigorously arguing with me about my promotions of dõTERRA essential oils for health and wellbeing without being officially certified/qualified as an aromatherapist. 🫣

That is all fear based mindset. ☺️

Most plant based natural remedies, be it mushrooms or essential oils, are safe in moderation and does not require us to hold any certificates or qualifications in order to be used for supporting our health and wellbeing.

However there are always some people who just think that more is better. 🤪 Oh dear dear dear ... and that's why we have a "nanny state" ...
