JRH Support

JRH Support JRH Support are a family-owned company providing supported living and community support services in Nottingham.

We support people with learning and physical disabilities, autistic people, people with mental health needs and also older people. We're a family owned company and have been providing care and support services since 2003. Although we've grown significantly over the years and now employ over 140 staff, we strive to maintain the family values we've always had within the company, and firmly believe all our employees should have a voice and feel part of a team. We understand that the people we support are all individuals and might require several different kinds of support – whether it’s help with developing and maintaining daily living and independence skills, support with personal care or just wanting company or opportunities to develop confidence and experience new things. At JRH Support we provide a person-centred approach to support, and always spend time getting to know people and their individual needs and preferences before matching the right Support Workers and the right kind of support. We strongly believe in people being in control of their support, and supporting them to identify outcomes that are important to them and are both achievable and measurable. This can help develop basic life skills, confidence and independence, and ensure people are able to reach their full potential. Whatever you need, whether it’s support for just a couple of hours a week or for 24 hours a day, we can always help.
