July 2025: โI really want to lose weight, but thereโs no point in starting now - Iโm going on holiday in 2 weeksโ
August 2025: โI still want to lose weight, but Iโll just wait until the schools go backโ
September 2025: โ Maybe itโs time to join, but Iโve got two nights out this month so Iโll wait until next monthโ
October 2025: โRight this month Iโm going to startโฆ but Halloween is coming up so I know there will be loads of sweets. Iโll get that out the way first. โ
November 2025: โIโm feeling really low, I really really want to lose weight. But I better save my money for Christmas.โ
December 2025: โThereโs absolutely no point joining in December Iโve got far too many nights out.โ
January 2026: โSlimming World will be mobbed just now with it being a brand new year. Iโll just wait until next month.โ
February 2026: โI wished Iโd joined 6 months ago. If I lost 1.5lb per week I would have been over 3 stones lighter by now. โ
