With over 11 years of experience as a qualified therapist I offer a wide range of holistic and complementary therapies to help clients achieve a better level of personal well-being in a female only safe space. The Lily Pad treatment room offers a relaxed, informal and comfortable environment in which clients can enjoy a chance to let go of some of the stresses and strains of modern day life. Based on an in-depth consultation I will suggest a course of treatments designed to calm the body and mind. "Complementary therapy will not change your life, but it will enable you to cope better with the high levels of stress you experience every day. It will ease those tense muscles in your neck and shoulders and calm your digestive system. It will increase your energy levels and help you get a better night’s sleep." The Lily Pad offers a wide range of therapies, including talking therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy massage and Reiki healing in a female only safe space.

I went off to work as a TA in a local school. I’m not too proud to admit that it nearly broke me. Great school and many amazing members of staff and children but the single most stressful period of my entire life. So I’m leaving that to the experts and going back to basics and what I do best. Therapy.

When I first qualified my ethos was that therapy was so important and should be affordable for everyone. I don’t think it is now. So I’m going back in time. Even though everything is more expensive (oils, heating etc), I’m turning back the clock ten years and lowering my prices. £25 per hour’s treatment of your choice. No sales, no offers, no corners cut.

Come and see me. Rant, cry, giggle. We’ll work together to put everything back on an even keel again and somehow in the midst of all that , you’ll get a wonderful treatment too!
I see a maximum of three clients per day.
You can cancel if you can’t make it. I won’t mind. If I get sick I hope you are as understanding as I plan to be with you.
My hours and working days are entirely flexible to suit us both.
I’m so excited to see you.

Today, I had the privilege of treating a beautiful lady who had just lost her mum. I used a blend of oils to help her clear her mind, give her strength and energy to cope in the weeks ahead. She had a combined treatment of a full body aromatherapy massage and Reiki. We did a full consultation and brief counselling before the treatment began and she decided that during this massage session she did not want to chat, she needed peace. I look forward to seeing her again soon when the next session will be designed around her exact needs as are all my bespoke treatments.
