We are getting into festive spirits, looking forward to Christmas activities with excitement. Decoration, craft sessions, social activities, entertainment, religious services and outing- the activity plan was created based on residents preferences.

Spooky zumba, fun, laughter, positive spirits and delicious food, staff dressing up- these made our Halloween 🎃 day special.

We had an amazing day yesterday, celebrating Harvest. Residents picked apple from the tree in the garden, then they enjoyed special menu with their relatives. Following the nutritious and delicious meal we enjoyed live music organised for Harvest Festival. We raised donations for people in need- thanks to everyone who contributed- these will be taken to United Reformed Church during this week. Staff made the day special for residents and their relatives. We had a great day!

Our summer fete has ended. We raised 230£. Thank you for all the generous donations and attendance. ☺️

Good morning everyone. Today we have Summer Fete at Woodthorpe Manor Nursing Home. Come and join us! We got prepared with raffle, tombola, brick a brack, cake stalls, name the bear, home made cosmetics, games and much more fun. And come along to meet Midgy- a 51 year old MG Midget in the car park.
