After years of supporting clients through anxiety, I've noticed some interesting patterns occur.
When suppressing deep emotions, when we feel the need to show the world one side of us but feel something totally opposing going on inside,
this can sometimes feel like anxiety,and we can experience these energies as a kind of overwhelming panic and fear.
Of course anxiety is so much more complex.
