This is a bespoke workshop that prepares expectant Mothers and their birthing partners for labour and delivery with calm, focus and ease.

This is a comprehensive birth education program that teaches specific techniques to empower and relax expectant mums during delivery. Particularly beneficial for expectant mums with any fears, anxieties, or previous birth traumas. In her workshops Rachel explores in great depth how our thoughts and emotions about giving birth can affect our experience, this includes exploring the current medical terminology we use about birthing our babies.
