Your knee actually floats when you move…

When you walk, use stairs, or get up from a chair, your knee doesn’t just bend and straighten. It has a small amount of glide and rotation that helps spread pressure through the joint. When that movement gets stiff, extra strain builds up… and that’s often when pain starts.
