I am a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist, having trained at the Midlands School of Massage and Manipulative Therapy. I offer relaxing Therapeutic and Indian Head Massage to relieve stress and help you unwind from today’s busy lifestyle. Alternatively, I also specialise in Sports and Remedial Massage. I use deep tissue massage therapy to promote healing in soft tissue, muscle strains, tendons and torn ligaments which can be caused by overuse, general injuries or sports injuries. Benefits of massage include relief from aches and pains, increased circulation, mobility restoration, a sense of wellbeing and relaxation. I am based in my home in Woodthorpe, Nottingham.
