Winter can be tough, but you don’t have to face it alone.

Physical Health:
Stay warm, eat well, stay hydrated, move your body, prioritise sleep, get vaccinated

Mental and Social Health:
Stay connected, get natural light, plan fun activities, be kind to yourself

Illness Prevention:
Practice good hygiene, avoid close contact with people who are sick

🎄 Christmas in Arnold - tonight is the Christmas Lights switch on! There will be a festive market in Arnold town centre from 12-7:30pm. There will also be a Christmas craft market taking place inside Arnold Methodist Church Hall (next to AMP) from 3:30-7:30. You can enjoy live music, street entertainment and a visit from Santa! 🎅 the switch on takes place at 6:30.

🎨 Christmas Craft Fair - at Woodthorpe Park Plant Nursery. 22nd and 23rd November.
