😫 Do you feel tired, stressed and overwhelmed or know someone who does? I’d be surprised if you don’t - it seems pretty normal these days, especially for women in midlife!
✨ If every day feels like groundhog day, or you are wondering ‘is this it?’, then I promise that you don’t need to feel like this!
That was how I felt for years 😞, until I realised the impact it was having on my health and relationships. Over many years I transformed my own health and then retrained, to help others do the same.
Through simple, sustainable changes to diet 🥑 and lifestyle 🧘♀️, I now help my clients to regain their energy, find their calm, and confidently take control of their health and life.
🫶🏼 I’m passionate about empowering women to live life on their own terms – I love seeing my clients’ motivation and confidence grow week after week.
When I’m not working, at home you’ll most likely find me either on the yoga mat, reading a good book, or cooking something delicious in the kitchen! 🍲
I also love getting out into nature, with friends and family. 🌳
But my life didn’t always look like this.
