Experience not necessary as full training will be given for both roles.

Funeral Operative Role

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence, be smart in appearance, polite and friendly. You must be physically fit as this job requires alot of heavy lifting and maneuvering. You will be working closely with bereaved families, aswell as crematoria staff, hospitals, nursing homes and coroners office.

General duties include assisting on funerals, maintaining our funeral fleet (Cleaning), assisting in our mortuary and covering our offices where needed and other general duties.

You will also be part of our on call team being on call, 1 week out of 4 including weekends and Bank Holidays. Full uniform will be provided.

Causal Bearer Role

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence, be smart in appearance and polite and friendly. You must be physically fit as this job requires a lot of heavy lifting and maneuvering. You will be working closely with bereaved families, aswell as staff members in Churches, Crematoria and Cemeteries.

General duties include Chaufering families in our fleet of Mercedes and pall bearing in and out of churches, crematorium and cemeteries. Other duties may be required during busy periods or when staff are on annual leave. Full uniform will be provided.

The service we provide to our clients is extremely important and therfore both roles require the successful candidates to have a positive attitude, who work well as part of a team and be polite, respectful, caring and who will represent our business in a positive way.
