Aebal - Mental Health & Autism Support, Nottingham Welcome to aebal, a Nottinghamshire-based social support service committed to championing social inclusion for all!

We strongly believe that everyone, regardless of disability, deserves a place in mainstream society and the opportunity to thrive. Aebal Leisure is an exciting Nottingham based Micro Provider offering an extensive range of sports, leisure and social activities for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Our service acts as a bridge for individuals to feel more connected to their community and enables them to participate in fun and stimulating leisure activities of their choice. Working closely with individuals, their families and social workers, we provide information on various opportunities and then deliver the specialist support needed to become involved in an activity. Through person-centred sports and leisure activities, Aebal Leisure offer a welcome contrast from tired routines and a means for getting active out in the community. We are passionate about what we do and this comes across in the way we deliver our service. Our Story

aebal is a Nottingham-based organisation providing social support for adults with mental health problems, autism and learning disabilities.

We specialise in small groups and one to one support in the community and we run our sessions in the day time, evening and at weekends.

Our aim as a service is to work closely with people to help build confidence, to become more physically active, to develop social skills and to lead more independent lives.

We achieve this by supporting people from home to get out into the community to take up new interests and opportunities. We encourage people to access and travel to mainstream venues, help form new friendships and provide the energy and positivity for everyone to become active members of society.
