Eligibility for services are individuals living within a County Postcode OR live or work within Nottinghamshire OR have a GP practice within Nottinghamshire

Weight Management- Children- 4+. Above the 91st centile (FAB Leaflet- Food, Activity, Balance)

Adults- 18years +, BMI between 30-49.9 only.

*Please note we do not prescribe weight loss medications/injections.

Stop Smoking
12 years +, smoking to***co (FREE Ni****ne Replacement Therapy provided )

Falls Prevention (Strength and Balance Sessions)
-Aged 55 years +, had a recent fall or likely to have a fall

Maternity Weight Management
18 years+, BMI over 30.

🤧 The latest figures show flu is going to peak earlier than usual this year, so it's even more important to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

The following people are eligible for the flu vaccination:

➡️️People aged 65 – 74
➡️People with long-term condition like asthma, diabetes, kidney or liver disease, a heart problem or a neurological condition, such as multiple sclerosis or cerebral palsy
➡️Pregnant women
➡️Healthy school age children (reception to year 11): nasal spray administered at school
➡️Children aged 2 or 3 years (on 31 August 2025): nasal spray at GP surgery
➡️Frontline health and social care workers
➡️Household contacts of immunosuppressed people
➡️Carers

The dementia hub provides seasonal activities, walks in the park, refreshments and friendly support to those living with dementia and their carers.

Next Monday (1st December) Carers Hub will once again be on the road this time visiting The CORE Centre in Calverton for their monthly Memory Cafe.

A member of the Carers Hub Service team will be attending the event to provide information and support to all carers (Not just those who care for people with memory issues)

To celebrate the Christmas period, Carers Hub Service are hosting a series of Christmas events across the county throughout December.

Book onto one of the below events and enjoy a selection of Christmas crafts and festive snacks.

- Friday 12th December at The Carers Federation from 10:00am until 12:00pm
- Tuesday 16th December at The Oasis Community Centre, Worksop from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
- Thursday 18th December at The Carers Federation Young Adult Carers event (16-25 years) from 4:30pm - 6:30pm
