We are offering a limited number of COVID clinics due to vaccine availability. This will take place on 21st April. Further dates may become available.

As availability is limited, you may be asked to book via the National Booking System by calling 119. If you wish to book an appointment through the surgery, please contact us between 11am and 2pm only.

Eligibility is limited to patients aged 75 and over, and those who are severely immunosuppressed.

Here are our stats for March. Thanks to our patients that keep us so busy! As a gentle reminder if you cannot attend the surgery please do let us know. Last month we had a huge number of people that did not attend- 200 in total. That is an incredible amount of wasted surgery time that could have gone to patients that needed the appointments.

Here are the results from our March Friends & Family Test. We are once again delighted with the results. 76% of your would rate our GP Surgery as EXCELLENT and a further 16% as VERY GOOD. We understand that the results can never be 100% perfect, and are committed to understanding the concerns of those patients that did not feel satisfied with the service they received.

For the month of March, we received 8,946 calls - an average of 406 calls each weekday. A total of 730 callers used the callback feature, with an impressive 97% successfully completed.

Top tip: If your call is not appointment related, try calling after 9am, when phone wait times are significantly shorter.
