✨ Excitement builds...
On Friday I am heading to the 4th Birthday Party of Full Power Cacao - it lights me up to be part of this spiritual positive movement.
.…and running a business on your own — your passion, your purpose, your EVERYTHING — it’s a lot. You don’t just keep going… you have to keep growing.
And in the wellness world — yoga, energy work, spirituality — it can feel like you’re just one tiny speck in a huge galaxy.
But here’s the thing… I’ve always believed in myself.
In my tools.
In this path.
And in every mentor, teacher, and soul who has shaped me along the way.
✨ Cacao changed something in me.
I first found Liam Browne during Covid and loved his energy on the mat. Life shifted, things reopened, and then one day I saw he was coming to Gainsborough… and WOW — that Cacao Ceremony was powerful. As a fellow yogi, I felt the depth of his journey and knew instantly: I need to be part of this.
So yes… I did the 5-day Cacao Facilitator Training.
And if you’re thinking, “Isn’t cacao just a drink?”
No.
Nothing is just anything in my world.
✨ Everything carries potency, magic, and potential.
So I travelled 7 hours to Wales.
Met the most gorgeous heart-led humans.
Laughed, cried, expanded, softened, awakened.
It was one of the most nourishing, heart-opening experiences of my life.
Twenty years in the yoga world has taught me this:
There is no ceiling.
No limit to your spiritual depth.
No end to your evolution.
And when you find yourself surrounded by people who feel like home… you remember exactly why you’re here.
✨ So why am I telling you this?
Because I am DEVOTED.
To this work.
To learning.
To channelling.
To the wisdom I’ve inherited, cultivated, and embodied.
I don’t offer quick fixes or weekend-wisdom.
My work is rooted in YEARS of developing my craft — blending acupressure points, intuitive energy channelling, ancestral healing, emotional release, and deep presence.
