Yesterday we had the lovely Michelle come to do some activities with our residents she did a fantastic job and lots of fun and enjoyment was had by everyone there was lots of laughter has the ball went flying with the parachute games we are very grateful for Michelle volunteering her if any of our lovely family member would like to volunteer to come in to do activities with other residents please see the activity team 💙 a big thank you to Michelle for her hard work yesterday

💐❤️ Valentine’s Chocolate Bouquet Raffle Update! ❤️💐
A huge thank you to everyone who bought a ticket for our Valentine’s raffle — we’re so pleased to share that we raised £50! 🎉
The winning ticket was drawn by one of our lovely residents 🥰 and the lucky number was 862!
Congratulations to Susan Peach, who was visiting her mum at the time — talk about perfect timing! 🍫💝
We hope you enjoy your chocolates, Susan, and thank you again to everyone who took part and helped spread a little Valentine’s cheer! 💕✨

Amber View warmly invites our residents and their families to join us for a delightful afternoon of tea, treats, and treasured moments together 💖

🥪 Traditional finger sandwiches
🎶 Light music in a warm and welcoming setting

A donation box will be available on the day.
All contributions will help fund activities, entertainment, and special events for our residents.

Today our staff Leanne Kath and Simon have had a food tasting afternoon we have been sampling different types of dips with our tortillas our residents have loved sampling new foods and was soon tucking into their choice of dip and was enjoyed with or without cheese and popular dips to accompany the salty crisps 💙

🍌🍞 International Banana Bread Day 🍞🍌
To celebrate International Banana Bread Day, we tweaked the title slightly and got stuck into making some delicious Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins! 🧁✨
Our lovely residents got fully involved — cracking eggs, mixing ingredients, and sharing plenty of smiles along the way. There was lots of teamwork (and maybe a little bit of flour flying! 😉).
Now, neither Leanne nor I are exactly star bakers… but it’s safe to say they turned out absolutely delicious! We were even awarded a glowing 10/10 from the lovely Eve 🌟👏
The muffins were enjoyed after tea, although I was slightly too late with the camera and only managed to capture one of our residents tucking into his treat! 📸
The Great British Bake Off… here we come! 😄🍰
