The 21 day Superfood Lovin" programme.for a healthier & happier version of you!
Where it came from and what is it?
Before Seb was born i knew it would be no easy feat eating well with a newborn, especially being a "single parent" Monday to Friday BUT i also knew the importance of eating well, for us both - i needed to eat well for my hormones and to get my "BODY BACK" but i also knew i needed to be sensible about it!
There are TEN superfoods that i committed to eating daily (during pregnancy and post pregnancy), i knew that if i ate these i would be ok, i would be boosting my milk supply whilst also filling myself nutritionally, keeping my hormones in check too, along with losing the pregnancy pounds!
Ladies, don't switch off because you're not trying to conceive, not pregnant or haven't recently had a baby - YOU HAVE HORMONES TOO!!!!!
This plan came out of my experience of pregnancy and when i sat and wrote my "why i've changed the name of my page" i had another light-bulb moment - that i had to share this with EVERY woman!
Its common sense that eating well has a multitude of positive effects, from reducing bloating, inch/weight loss, feeling more energised, feeling more hormonally balanced, more confident and generally happier BUT it doesn't have to be a minefield or a confusing playground - it does however need to fit in with our crazy tail-chasing daily life though, else if it's all too hard, too time consuming, we give up right!!?
Of course nutrition is a huge part but not the only part in achieving some of the above goals - yes i'm sorry to say exercise is really important - BUT guess what, you don't have to slog it out in the gym or pound the pavements 5 days a week for hours at a time!
Do you have 8 minutes each day? or even 8 minutes every other day - could you commit yourself to that, for your own wellbeing and health? I have faith that you could do this!
So this plan...,
It's a 21 day plan where you join a private group of other likeminded ladies, looking to become a healthier, happier and leaner version of their current self, online, in our private Facebook group - you will be armed with the tools you need from the list of superfood ingredients to stock up on, to recipes, to support, guidance, in order to implement the nutritional changes, believe me they are really easy to do, along with optional, but beneficial, short training sessions, suitable for all levels of fitness.
The aim of this plan, just like my previous ones, is to help change mindsets and habits for the LONG term.
By the end of the 21 days you really will feel like a new woman and you'll have the new habits to take forward with you!
This plan like my others will run each month and I only take 15 ladies per group, this way I'm able to support everyone!
The cost of the plan is £45 - that's just £2.10 per day..., you can't even get a coffee for that!! :-)
