Look in Anna’s window at the reindeer head you could make, I have the wire robin wreath & some felt reindeer… imagine bringing out the decorations each year that you made.

✨✨ Find Anna’s jewellery stand
at Lustre this weekend in Nottingham ✨✨

A focus on my Nocean, recycled plastic, range this week and getting ready for Lustre at Lakeside Arts this weekend.

I couldn’t resist playing around with colours; these new deep burgundy cuffs feel very Autumnal and were definitely designed with a certain someone in mind. A few other new combinations are on the bench ready for their first outing at the show :)

As my Beeston fitness folk know I love us to be active… swimming at Spring Lakes Water Sports, paddling with SUP Fitness: Wellbeing & Adventure and my clients do more than just yoga & fitness classes…

One of my yogis is a keen footballer & would love to hear from any one who would like to join them & have a go at Walking Football..

My fabulous Yogis this evening…
7pm The Pearson Centre, Beeston
We took time to consider
🔸sitting with stillness & finding focus… it took time
🔸diaphragmatic breath (adham pranayama)… my yogis enjoy their Breathwork
🔸adding postures (asanas) & creating a sequence of poses which simultaneously link to our breath… it got somewhat challenging & led to some guffawing
🔸lots of balancing… & wobbling
🔸moving back to stillness & calm as we cajoled our bodies into stretches & poses… all achievable… well mostly
🔸relaxing & releasing & resetting
