Careers Opportunities
We’re looking for people to join our close-knit team. We specialise in supporting young people with complex needs, so if you’re calm under pressure, confident and good at communicating, you could be a great addition to our team. From your first day at Footsteps to Futures, you’ll receive the training and guidance you need within a supervised, structured environment. You’ll receive formal training in areas like safeguarding, you’ll learn directly from your manager and peers and you’ll have the opportunity to study towards nationally-recognised, professional qualifications. You’ll work in a residential environment where you’ll see first-hand how your compassion and ability to deal with challenging circumstances improves the quality of life of our young people, supporting them now and preparing them for the future. After an incident, regulation comes before routine.

We don’t rush back to “normal.”
We adapt routines to meet emotional needs — creating space for calm, safety, and repair.

Because emotional regulation isn’t taught in crisis…
