FREC 3 & FREC 4 training for new Emergency Care Assistants — delivered alongside multi-agency colleagues including EMICS, Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and medical students from the University of Leicester

Bringing services together like this adds real depth to training. From extrication and trauma management to airway skills and multi-agency communication, these scenarios reflect what actually happens on the road.

Frontline work doesn’t happen in isolation — and neither should training.
