🧠 Neurodivergent Conversations at Elephant Rooms

We’re pleased to be hosting a new support group for neurodivergent people, in collaboration with SpectrumHeads and our own David Steare.

These relaxed gatherings offer a welcoming space to connect with others who share similar experiences. There’ll be a cuppa, gentle activities, and a supportive environment where you can talk, listen, or simply be.

If you are neurodivergent, or the parent of a neurodivergent child, and feel this space might support you or someone close to you, you would be very welcome.

The group is free to attend, with optional donations.

Introducing 4 Tree Essential oils, Juniper Berry, Cypress, Cedarwood and Lentisque. They blend together beautifully, offering strength and resilience. Their roots grow deep, they stand tall and they share this strength with us.

Carefully, 1 drop of each was added to the reflexology cream and also applied to a tissue to inhale during treatment.

The blended essence carried us through the deep forest, nurturing, grounding, calming and supportive.

The following day, I received lovely feedback from the lady 💚💚💚

Beautiful feedback from a lovely lady who enjoyed a bespoke combined treatment.
Before our appointment, I felt guided to use Bergamot and Mandarin in her session. The essential oils were blended together and added to a tissue (1 drop each) for inhalation and for their energetic properties.
Our session began with Angelic Reiki, flowing gently into a soothing face and scalp massage.
During the treatment, I felt a sense of deep sorrow wave through me. And I felt I wanted to place my hands upon hers.

“Thank you for today Susie. It was incredibly powerful and helped me shift through a lot of bad memories and resistance. I felt much more in my body.
There was a moment that felt really sad and you took my hand it was unreal! How did you know! X###”

“ I not only love having my treatments with Susie but they have helped me so much, especially the reflexology. This includes going through a tough infertility journey, ivf, pregnancy and now recently being a new mum. Susie has helped me on this journey and has always been able to taylor the treatments to meet my needs (including physically, mentally and emotionally). I've had various treatments with Susie and though I've enjoyed them all, I always come back to reflexology. Easily the best treatment I've ever had (and I'm picky!) and Susie is just lovely. Therapeutic essential oils combine with reflexology to support wellness and restore balance. A tissue with chosen oils is offered to the client to inhale if desired and the same essential oils are added to an organic cream which is used on the feet.

Reflexology is a full mind, body treatment giving an opportunity to relax completely and recalibrate. This can also help support in times of emotional challenge when needing that extra care for ourselves.

I have a few spaces left in September Elephant Rooms and taking bookings now into October.
