Acorn House opened in 2013 and is situated in Carrington in the heart of the local community. This morning we had a great time at our monthly Coffee Morning!! We had yummy cakes and coffees, a raffle and the lovely Joy Lewis playing her saxophone for us. Not only did we have a good time together, but we also raised over £200 for our Christmas Project, this year we are raising money for the QMC Children’s ward, we are also collecting new toys to donate to the ward. So if you have anything to donate please feel free to drop them into reception, we are collecting until the 12th of December. A big thank you to everyone that came along and joined us! ☺️👍🏻☕️🍰🎷

Today on Armistice Day we remembered those who fought years ago and those that are still serving today! We observed a minutes silence, then we enjoyed the wonderful Kevin and Marie doing the fantastic remembrance show! Ans what an amazing show it was!
