Thai Yoga Massage is said to have been founded over 2,500 years ago by Buddha's physician known as Dr Shivago Komarpaj. Consisting of deep pressure massage, use of acupressure points, rhythmic rocking and yoga-like stretches. The treatment is very relaxing and will leave you feeling energised afterwards. Loose, comfortable clothing is worn during the massage. I work intuitively with individual clients, tailoring the treatment to suit. Benefits
