Hi, for those I’ve not met yet - I’m Joe 👋

My whole career has been focused on health and fitness and I’ve been a qualified doctor of chiropractic for 3 years now. Many people associate going to a chiropractor with back/neck pain but it’s SO much more powerful than that.

Chiropractic focuses on finding the cause of your problems, rather than treating their symptoms. This is why many people may book in with me for one reason but can realise many other benefits.

As a chiropractor, I assess your spine to identify areas of dysfunction (disruptions to the flow of your nervous system - like lane closures on a motorway!). When I find these, I deliver chiropractic adjustments to remove those interferences, restoring the flow of messages from the brain to the entire body.

Similar to brushing your teeth, flossing and regular dental check-ups to pick up any signs of decay or concerns - regular chiropractic check-ups are necessary to maintain the health of your spine and nervous system.

All care plans are unique to you, as everyone can experience different areas and levels of dysfunction, in the same way that some people need dental fillings, crowns or to see the hygienist regularly.

I’m on a mission to help people move better, heal better and live healthier lives through natural, hands-on chiropractic care, instead of relying on medication or surgery.

My favourite thing about being a chiropractor is seeing my patients progress, improving their quality of life and the unexpected benefits they experience after an adjustment.
