Serena Bostock is a qualified Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy Practitioner, teacher, Therapy Supervisor and Core Transformation facilitator. With over 20 years’ experience in Health, Social Care and Education, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her work. She runs Seren Therapies, helping women boost confidence and self-belief, and also offers Past Life sessions. Serena trained with MindWorks and is now proud to lead the next generation of practitioners.
Sue Grainger is a highly experienced practitioner running a thriving practice in Derbyshire. With a background as a Family Support Worker and Nursery Nurse, she has worked across the NHS, local authority and voluntary sector. Sue specialises in supporting children and young people, integrating hypnosis and NLP, and is an accredited Therapy Supervisor and Hypnotherapist in Schools Practitioner.
Dr. Nicky Lodge brings a unique blend of neuroscience, education and therapy. Her background includes research into antidepressants, teaching in hospital schools, and over 20 years in mainstream education. Nicky now specialises in helping young people with anxiety, exam stress, and phobias, alongside adults with mental health and chronic illness. She is passionate about hypnotherapy’s power to bring lasting change.
Jodie is a clinical hypnotherapist and doula, offering emotional, physical, and practical support through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. With a strong family background, she integrates hypnotherapy into her doula practice to help women feel calm, confident, and empowered during this transformative stage of life.
Karen is a dedicated hypnotherapy and psychotherapy practitioner based in Cheshire and working online internationally. With over 20 years in the care sector, she specialises in supporting children and teenagers through life’s challenges. A long-term Guide Leader and former foster carer, Karen tailors her approach to suit clients of all ages.
