This Galentine's event was so special.

Every workshop held is always so different and brings something unique every time with the different people who show up, the time of year, and the themes of the workshops.

Gathering women in groups is always so special and this time we connected with strangers, shared our struggles and our wins, some shed a few tears and we all shared lots of laughter ❤️

Sharing our voices, our hearts and creativity is so underestimated.

Holly
Join Holly every Tuesday at 12 noon and on the last Saturday of every month at 9:30am. With years of experience and a beautifully grounded teaching style, Holly’s classes are the perfect midday reset or weekend recharge. Expect thoughtful sequencing, mindful movement, and a welcoming atmosphere for all levels.

Mikki
Flow into your Friday with Mikki every Friday at 10am. An experienced and intuitive teacher, Mikki creates uplifting, energising sessions that leave you feeling strong, centred, and ready for the day ahead. Her warmth and expertise make every class something special.

Both teachers bring their own unique magic — and we’re so lucky to have them guiding our community.

6 week Coaching circle & Expressive dance classes 🗣️💃🏻

Where I share information on the universe to help you to manifest, align with deeper self devotion and self worth and learn tools to heal and raise your frequency to bring in more abundance, alignment, joy and pleasure.

Healing in groups, as you can see from the retreat reviews, is so powerful which is why this group coaching circle space 'Fully Devoted' has been created.

What's included?
- 6 1 hour group coaching sessions in person with like minded people
- 6 1 hour embodiment dance sessions
- Activating your throat chakras through sharing your voice to bring more powerful intentional manifesting and alignment
- Activating your sacral chakra through the embodiment dance practise to bring in more creativity, joy, pleasure and confidence
- Community to relate and connect with
- Shifts and transformation in the mind, body and soul.
