Where I share information on the universe to help you to manifest, align with deeper self devotion and self worth and learn tools to heal and raise your frequency to bring in more abundance, alignment, joy and pleasure.
Healing in groups, as you can see from the retreat reviews, is so powerful which is why this group coaching circle space 'Fully Devoted' has been created.
What's included?
- 6 1 hour group coaching sessions in person with like minded people
- 6 1 hour embodiment dance sessions
- Activating your throat chakras through sharing your voice to bring more powerful intentional manifesting and alignment
- Activating your sacral chakra through the embodiment dance practise to bring in more creativity, joy, pleasure and confidence
- Community to relate and connect with
- Shifts and transformation in the mind, body and soul.
* No ability or rhythm is needed for the dance sessions
