SebFitness Update:
My before & after ๐ธ all on the same day.๐
I had taken my body metrics back in early December last year. If you'd asked me before, what do I think my body fat is. I would have said sub 15%.
To my surprise I came out 20%... Only god knows what I was actually early in the year, previous to my diagnosis (more on that in a sec). Those results didn't sit well with me personally. Then another sucker punch was my bio age of +8. This had given me the reality check I needed to start evaluating my current health & fitness lifestyle.
What was happening with me in my personal life. March - December last year. I was working long crazy hours the major of times 7am -7/8pm Monday - Friday and working most weekends. A mixture of PT-ing/mentoring and my other business. Which some of you would already know, I do Landscape Gardening. School runs/pick ups in-between occasionally and after school activities.
As a result of my hectic lifestyle, my health & fitness had taken a back seat somewhat. Poor sleep๐ด, feeling stressed & anxious most of the times and being/still addicted to sugar. In one sense luckily both my roles were quite physically active. I was able to burn a lot of calories from that perspective.
Early in the year (2025) I got diagnosed with WMI. (White Matter Intensity on the๐ง ) My symptoms where shooting pains in my head, spells of light headedness and my memory at times being poor. This type of diagnosis is usually found in older men in the 60s. Diabetes type 2 yes! I said that right! I had just got into the blood markers which were 42.๐ The blood markers ranges are from 42-48.
These pictures were taken last year early December all on the same day. This is when I started to feel better within myself mentally & physically. By consistently focusing on my mental & physical health. Going to the gym 4 - 5x a week. You can still see in the pics - I have chronic inflammation in my relaxed posed ๐
and in my flexing pose it disappears around my midsection. ๐คท๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ
I have updated pics from a couple of weeks ago (Jan this year.) I will post those soon with another body fat analysis.
