Good day, my name is Seb and I am a mobile Health & Fitness Coach in Nottingham. I am very passionate about helping people to look great, feel amazing, move better and grow with confidence, allowing them to be the best possible version of themselves. I understand that time is a big factor for many people when committing to their health. I totally understand this, as life (family, work, health etc) can easily get in the way. However, poor health and a lack of energy and concentration means the simplest of tasks are either not completed or take a long time to do. I offer a service that enables my clients to improve their energy levels, mental clarity and allow them to move better, look great and feel great. Men's Mental Health Month: June Reflection.

June was all about Men's Mental Health Month, and it was a powerful reminder that taking care of our minds is just as important as hitting the gym. In a world where men often feel the pressure to โ€˜tough it out,โ€™ let's keep it real and talk about whatโ€™s going on beneath the surface.

Too many of us struggle in silence, feeling like we have to put on a brave face. But guess what? Itโ€™s totally okay to let your guard down and share what youโ€™re feeling. This month (July), I want to remind everyone that itโ€™s not just about being strongโ€”it's about being real, especially to yourself.

I ran just under 5k with a 10kg backpack first followed by ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฟ

10 weighted pull-ups.
20 weighted press ups.
20 weighted squats.
20 V-ups.
