Our Aim
It’s Joy2care aim to allow people to receive the care they need within the comfort of their own homes, around those they love, to provide the support that you need, when you need it. When choosing care at home, whether for yourself or for a loved one, we believe that you should be in control. . This is achieved by listening carefully to you and your family so that we have a complete picture of your care needs and your goals, so that we can draw up a care-plan of exactly how we can help. We of course respect your right to privacy and dignity and you will be looked after by our reliable team of trained staff, who aim to promote your independence as much as possible. Our services are flexible and able to respond to your changing needs. If you believe that Joy2care is for you, our team will assist you in planning how and when your care is provided. Our excellent staff retention level ensures continuity in the level of care we can provide and thus a special relationship is formed between carer and care user. We also have good support relationships with GPs, district nurses and social workers in the county. Joy2care is an organisation that comes with 30 years experience in caring for people.
