Happy Pancake Day

Made this with no sugar
Instead added a banana to make it sweet

Banana pancake

175 gm of self rising flour
1tsp baking powder
1 ripe banana
1 medium egg
1tsb vanilla extract
125 ml milk

Blend it together in a blender.

Heat the k**b and put a nonstick pan grease it with butter and pour the batter to pan and cook for a minute until bubbles starts appearing on the surface.

Flip the pancake over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on the other side.

Use any fruit toppings for a healthier and fuller tum

Batter is made of ready ground urad dal and semolina mixed with Greek yoghurt.

Added a small sachet of Eno to give a fermented taste.

For the masala used grated paneer.
