About us

University Care, You Care We Care

We are a company currently registered with a care home for adults with learning disabilities, Secondary Sensory Impairment and associated challenging behaviours and or symptoms of:

Physical disabilities, Personality disorders, Speech difficulties, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, Mental health issues, Severe epilepsy, Downs Syndrome, Sensory impairments. The staff have received specialist training to meet all the service requirements. Our aim is to work with other health professionals to actively encourage participation and progress through the home and community. We understand the importance of encouraging social inclusion whilst maintaining safety. We respect the rights of our service users by providing the appropriate support to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. The Registered Home Manager is Adrian Fradgley and has been in care work for 8 years, and has attained a vast and variety of experience in working with people with learning disabilities. Adrian currently has an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care and is working towards an QCF Level 5.
