Ever feel like your stomach has turned on you lately?

Foods you used to love suddenly make you bloated, crampy, or just… off?
You’re not imagining it.
During perimenopause, your hormones start shifting, and your digestion can change right along with them.

Your body might be:
💭 Slowing down how it processes food (feeling a bit bunged up)
💭 Producing less stomach acid (yep, that can cause bloating too)
💭 Reacting more to foods like you've never done before

It can feel confusing, and kind of unfair, but it’s not your fault. Your body’s adjusting.

That’s exactly what we’ll talk about in my upcoming workshop:
“Why Everything Suddenly Seems to Upset Your Stomach — and How to Start Feeling Better Again.”

You’ll learn what’s really going on, and how to start feeling calm and comfortable again, without cutting out everything you love.

💛 Come join us if you’ve been saying, “My stomach just isn’t the same lately.”

See the link in my bio or DM me with the word GUT and I'll send you the details.

Honestly? Perimenopause isn’t just about hormones, it’s a full-body, full-life transition.

It’s not all supplements and fancy routines it’s the everyday things that keep your body and mind steady.

The foundations matter!

🌿 Eat real food. The kind your body actually recognises.

😌 Chew your food. Like… really chew it. It’s wild how much calmer digestion (and life) feels when you slow down.

🙋🏾‍♀️Ask for help. You don’t get a medal for doing it all alone. Let people in.

🚧 Set boundaries. Protect your peace. You’ll be amazed how much energy that frees up.
💃🏾 Dance + sing. Even badly. Especially badly. It shakes off stress, and emotional worry.

👭🏽 See your friends. Laughter regulates your nervous system.

🐾 Cuddle a pet. Seriously, stroking a cat or dog is medicine for your nerves.

When we take care of our nervous system, our energy naturally rises. Stress goes down, hormones balance better, and life feels lighter.

You don’t have to “fix” yourself. Just start with one gentle thing that makes you feel good today. 💛

✨ Your turn: What’s one thing that helps you feel more grounded or calm these days? Share it in the comments , your idea might help another woman, too. 💬

Feeling extra tired during perimenopause? 😴

It’s not just hormones, your mitochondria (your body’s energy makers) can slow down as hormones fluctuate.

The fix isn’t more caffeine, it’s supporting your cells with nutrients like MNM (CoQ10, B vitamins, and magnesium) so your energy can come back naturally. ⚡️

Ready to feel like yourself again?

Join my Gut & Energy Workshop to learn how your gut + mitochondria work together to power your vitality. See the link in my bio, or send me a DM with the word GUT and I'll send you the details.
