Have realised that we have 2 pages on Facebook currently, and the main one is now Peak Wellbeing. Confusing I know, but we have recently only been posting on this one. Please follow us here to stay on top of our news. Unfortunately for me Facebook remains a dark art in my mind. I am learning though.

It seems a little late to post this given The recent statement by Boris Johnson, but this now confirms that the decision to close the clinic until further notice was the right decision. We wish you all the best during these most difficult of times.

We wanted to bring you a quick update on behalf of Peak Wellbeing with everything that has been happening and also to let you know about our current status. We appreciate that this is a hard time for everyone, both personally and professionally and understand that everyone is having their own individual battles. We are currently still open and doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors. We will keep you posted with any changes we may have to make in the coming days/weeks/months.

Wishing Jimmy Kershaw, our resident GB triathlete, every possible success for the 2019 season, and thank you for your kind words in a recent FB post this week when talking about your sponsors...

"Peak wellbeing: Peak Wellbeing
I have been getting help from Mike and the rest of the team for the last three years. Mike's twenty plus years of knowledge meant that working with him was a breath of fresh air. He doesn't just tell me what’s wrong, but breaks down why my body is malfunctioning. He explains what the next stages are, what I can do to help recovery and how long recovery will take.
Together we’ve been working to get the most out of my body, focusing on fixing little things which will help go faster now, and keep going for longer as an athlete.
I also work at the clinic on a Friday, providing sports massages. I have a level three qualification in this meaning that along with the rest of the excellent team of physiotherapists you’ll be in safe hands.
