With school holiday stress, people posting holiday snaps, DIY projects or festivals they're attending, its easy to feel overwhelmed, a little jealous or feel you aren't where you need to be.

Social media is a highlight reel of people's best bits so don't feel discouraged if you aren't sipping sangria on a beach.

Take stock of what you are grateful for, or if you can alter the aspect you're dissatisfied with. Do so with as little judgement as possible, you're an observer not a prosecutor.

Quite often it's difficult to articulate your needs during an anxiety or panic attack. ROOTD is a free app that helps you navigate and track your anxiety, as well marking progress and providing helpful tips during an attack.

First coined by a travel company in 2005, the third Monday of January has earned a title as the 'most depressing day of the year", but is there any truth?

However, if you find yourself feeling low of mood there are a few things you can do from home, right now that cost nothing, and you don't have to wait for Monday to do them:

• activate a free trial of Headspace by visiting www.headspace.com/subscriptions
• find a workout on YouTube to trick your brain into producing good chemicals
• try an adult colouring page https://www.crayola.com/free-coloring-pages/adult-coloring-pages/
• watch a baby sensory video on YouTube (great for anxiety)
• engage with nature, you don't even have to go for a walk, simply standing barefoot in some grass and noticing the sensations can calm a racing mind
