Kelly came in today with shoulder pain and restricted mobility it was slowing her down in training and even in some day-to-day movements.

After a combination of DNM (Dermo-Neuro-Modulating) and sports massage, her pain eased and her movement improved straight away.
Still a little more work to do, but she’s already moving so much better 🙌
