👋 Goodbye, Winter Blues... Hello, Golden Hour!

We are crossing our ears the sun is sticking around, either way we are here for it! As we step into spring, it’s time to trade the cozy blankets for fresh air and Vitamin D. It’s the perfect time to shake off the winter frost and reset your routine ☀️🌸✨

Here are a few ways to spring clean your health:

🏃‍♀️ Swap the treadmill for the trail! Whether it’s a brisk morning walk or a post work jog.

🥗 Nature is starting to bloom, refresh your plate with spring greens.

🧘‍♂️ Try putting your phone away when the sun starts to dip. Use that extra evening light to read on the porch, garden, or simply enjoy a quiet moment without a screen.

💧 Hydrate for the Heat
As the temperature climbs, so should your water intake.

We have excellent Health & Wellbeing Coaches who can help you set goals to achieve healthier habits, to find out more information visit:- https://www.nuneatonandbedworthpcn.co.uk/health-and-wellbeing-coaches

To be referred, you can speak to any member of your GP practice team!

Our Gardening and Nature for Wellbeing group has been hard at work lately! 🌿 Just look at some of the pictures below from our latest session! 📸✨

We loved this piece of feedback from one of our patients: “The group has really helped me connect with other people who like nature and birds, something that was a bit of a lonely interest before.”

It is wonderful to see how a shared interest in wildlife can turn a quiet hobby into a thriving community! 🌻🐦✨
