I absolutely love December…the Christmas lights, everyone chatting about their favourite seasonal food & drink. However it can be a very stressful & difficult time of year. Wherever you find yourself during this month, whatever emotions you may be feeling, please be kind to yourself & take some time to enjoy the little moments when you can.

Let it feel light…not forced. Just a steady flow of energy moving toward you and through you. You’re open to receiving abundance in all its forms; a kind word, a new booking, an unexpected opportunity.

And remember…money, like energy, is meant to move. When we give or spend with gratitude, it circles back in beautiful ways. What we put out always finds its way home.

‘I take loving care of my body and in return, it cares for me.’

It’s easy to forget that our bodies are always working hard for us …breathing, healing, carrying us through our days. When we choose to nurture ourselves with rest, nourishment and kindness, we strengthen that partnership.

This week, let this affirmation be a reminder to listen to what your body needs and to respond with love. Even the smallest acts of care… stretching, a glass of water, five minutes of stillness are all powerful ways to honour yourself.

Even with mornings and evenings feeling gloomier, there are always tiny moments to notice; a little sunshine, a laugh with a friend or colleague, or a cosy cup of tea.
Focusing on those little sparks can really lift the day.
