We have had a lot of patients concerned/confused about having to change the pharmacy because new GP surgery might say they deal with the pharmacy next door.

We would like to clarify that patients choose their own pharmacy and GP surgeries are not allowed to change the pharmacy without patient’s permission. So patients do not need to worry about changing the pharmacy because of planned closure of Whitestone Surgery.
Whitestone Pharmacy is here to serve the patients as we have been doing for the past three years nearly. Please spread the word to friends and family who might not be on social media. Always Grateful, Whitestone pharmacy Team.

Hi Everyone

I am sure this news from ICB about closure of Whitestone Surgery is going to be upsetting for a lot of people but we want to reassure everyone that we are here to help our patients in any suggestions or help they might need in choosing a GP surgery.

We deal with many surgeries on daily basis and there are some very helpful in sorting out the problems regarding appointments or drug shortages.

Please can anyone waiting for any prescriptions please pop into the Pharmacy as most of them are ready to collect. We are open from Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm. Any issues please call.
