Question number 3 about my business.

What is the company you partner with and what are the products?

Whilst I now use the products daily and can’t imagine not using them, a quick audit of my IG page made me see things from my audiences point of view. There is nothing!!

So whilst I’m not directly answering this question here, thank you, thank you, thank you for so many asking this question.

Product content and knowledge will now be incoming and I will start shouting loudly about how these product help in my family’s day to day lives 💦

For a long time I thought I just needed to try harder.

Be more organised.
More resilient.
More “together”.

But sitting in assessments for my child, I slowly realised something uncomfortable.

I wasn’t broken.
I was overwhelmed.
And I was trying to live inside systems that weren’t built for families like mine… or women like me.

Becoming a SEND parent.
Understanding my own neurodivergence.
Building something that fits our life instead of squeezing into something that doesn’t.

That changed everything.

If any part of this feels familiar, you’re not alone.

And you’re not the problem either.

This is the part of SEND parenting that rarely gets named.

Not for sympathy.
Not for praise.
Just for honestly.

The hidden costs aren’t always financial.
They’re time, energy, capacity, careers and constant mental load.

If this resonates, know you are not alone.
You are not failing.
This life just isn’t build with your reality in mind.

SEND Parenting is HARD!

Today is one of those days where everything just feels heavy. And I feel sad for my boys and the difficulties they face.

I’m learning to be ok and accept these feelings.
To allow myself a day to feel sad, angry, and exhausted from fighting for them.
A day to allow myself to not be happy and positive, because actually, sometimes it is awful.

But I have got through worse days. And I’m still here.
My boys know how much we love them, and know we put them first in everything that we do.

And then tomorrow, we all get up. And I will put my positive pants on, and not dwell on the bad stuff. But focus on how I can make positive changes and make life better.

And that is all ok. We’ve got this!

January 2026

The slow and gentle start to the calendar year. Still in the depth of winter. Not quite ready to fully bloom.

It’s been an incredible month of mindset shifts.

Two incredible containers in my business. One to refocus the mind for the year ahead. Another incredible set of training sessions with an amazing business inspiration.

I’ve really stepped into my business owner role this month and have made huge strides with my automations, my conversations and just in general feel like I’ve levelled up.

If that was only the first month of the year, I’m excited to see what the next 11 months bring!

Question 2 about my online business.

Why did you star an online business when your life is pure chaos?

Simple answer. This business will enable me to reduce the chaos in my life, and a lot of the stress, when I am able to leave my 9-5.

My business will enable my life to flow more as I want it to. Around my kids. Around their needs. Around the stress of being a SEND parent.

But it also enables me to carry on being ambitious. To learn. To grow. To evolve. To still have a part of me for me! And as a SEND parent, that’s priceless!

Things I never expected to say as a parent!

Oohhh being a SEND parent is fun!!

I worked on my business all weekend.

Not because I had to.
And not because I think working every spare minute is the goal.

I wouldn’t give that time to my day job.
But I will give it to something I’m building for us.

This weekend was about:
– putting better systems in place
– sorting automation
– learning properly, not rushing
– taking the business to the next phase

Was it ideal to give up family time? No.
And I don’t pretend that’s easy.

But this is short-term effort with a long-term view.

I’m building something that fits around real life.
Something that gives us more choice over time.
And that means sometimes zooming out and playing the longer game.

I believe in what I’m building.
And I’m willing to back myself.

I know this won’t resonate with everyone.
But if you’re building something for your family and playing the longer game, you’re not alone.

We’re told the problem is our mindset.
That if we just “think positive” or “work harder,” everything will fall into place.

But here’s the truth: it’s not your mindset.
It’s the system you’re stuck in.

A system that expects parents to work like they don’t have kids.
A system that tells us to grind for 40 years and maybe enjoy life when we retire.
A system that leaves us burnt out, broke, and feeling like we’re the problem.

You’re not broken.
The system is.

✨ That’s exactly why I chose a different way and why I share what I do.
